I just got back from seeing a movie it fuckin ruled!
I was in bed practically passed out than buddy calls me at 1:30A.M.! YO THE MOVIES STARTING IN 10 MINUTES!! I Booked it down in 8 minutes, we grabbed all the popcorn we wanted, candies, drinx, and ice cream bars and watched max payne for free. YAAAH MOVIES AND EVERYTHING FOR FREE AFTER HOURS!!

So after Danny got off work, we walk to my car. I get in, and shit is all over the fucking place. my tapes, empty cigarrete packs, my PASSPORT, and everything else (if you know how messy my car is, well it was messier!). Only thing I can think of that was taken away is my MEC travel bag which had some sentimental stuff, some usefull stuff, some studs, my glasses that are over $400, some kick ass cds, and some other things that I can't think of at the moment. Also my souvenir I bought from my last tour is also gone (a wallet of 5 throwing cards (like throwing knives but cards in the form of a royal flush)). I'm pretty fukcing pissed and upset.. its 2 days before my bday and this shit happens to me.. my car has been robbed i think 4 times now... I have the worst luck in the world with my car... at least they didn't smash a window this time.. So broke as fuck as I am, now gotta replace my bag and glasses and hopefully that was the only usefull stuff taken.. I can't think of anything else at the moment.. this sucks. |

On friday Karine gave me my early bday present. SHE TOOK ME TO DO THE AERIAL PARK AND LAFLECHE CAVERNS!!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! At the aerial we we're so high above walking on either thin metal beams, or TINY platforms , or wooden steps or horseshoe things, you can fall any second (but yer strapped on twice so you cant actually fall) Its so fuckin intense and adrenalizing. The craziest part is when you do ziplines/ripcordz, you strap on 3 times and zoom from one end to the other. sometimes your higher than 100 feet zooming through the forests/above lakes. It was fucking CRAZY!!! We did the EXTREME LINES so for 10 bucks more we got to do 4 FUCKING INTENSE ZIPLINES!! Man it was sooooo awesome!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THAT HUN!! It meant so much to me... and I'll never forget how much fun it was. AND I FELT LKE I WAS ON SURVIVOR AT TIMES!
And the haunted caverns were crazy too! We saw BATS!! They were so cute! I blew on one, and it scratched its nose and licked it. I ve never seen a bat so close!! Theres one spot in the cave which i found REALLY cool that they found bones from i think 400 years ago.. or 4000 i cant remember. But they found bones of everything from bats , to caribou to wolves just in this ONE SPOT! And also in another spot they found only ONE arctic seal skull from MANY years ago!! Lots of interesting shit... parts in the caves theres hoels fiilled with water that lead somewhere but there not even sure where really. Theres a lot they dont know about the caves, they only started letting people in 4 years ago. And its the BIGGEST cave in Canada or something.
So if any of you are ever bored, YOU SHOULD GO WITH A FRIEND OR A FEW!! its SO much fun! about 50 bucks for the ULTIMATE ADVENTURE (aerial park + Caverns) and a 40 minute drive into gatineau. |

So at work today my shotgun seat's window got smashed... I went to my car to go sell some cigarettes and theres glass all over the place (thats how i found out). My bag got jacked and nothing else. I got lucky in a way cause my bullet belt was right there, my leather jacket was right there, passport right in the glove compartment, tons more in the car. If they popped the trunk they could have gotten my fishing rods, my CYMBALS worth about $1500, snare and more.
The thing I'm mostly pissed off about is that my vest was in my bag and I'm probably never gonna see it again. Everything in the bag was just sentimental stuff. My belt with the Adicts belt buckle, the vest, my only pair of pants, my $20 butaine lighter, few other things. I hope there's nothing really important Im forgetting... I've been trying to think about what was in the bag. Fuck some people are such dicks.... Im gonna walk around tomorrow before work and try and luck out. |

So after the show last night in Cleveland ohio we stay at the Shithouse. Me Eric tom and mattwalk to the van parked outside to get some stuff. I open the door and theres something against my neck blinking (Taser) guy keeps saying WHAT YOU GOT WHAT DO YOU GOT! Matt runs tom runs. The guy goes right to Eric and before I have a chance to do anything, I have a a gun to my neck. We both cant do fuckall. Guy pats me down i told him I have fuckall i had my wallet on me with 350. Good thing he didnt pat my ass cause he would have got it. They took Eric fanny pack that had 700 Germ Atak money we've saved the past 2.5 years (since weve been a band). All we have is money from tour left. They booked it back to the car after they got the fanny pack and we walked back in the house. It was probably th emost fucked up situation ive beem im.. Its hard to decide what to dowhen you have a gun to your neck. Fuck cleveland. we just played a show tonight in Rochester tonight it went ok. Tomorrow toronto, and I get to see Karine ! I cant wait.
After tomorrows show were back in Ottawa and we have a show at Dishouse so come if you can!! |

Tour has been so much fun!
First night on the way to Peterborough our van breaks down in some town called MahMuai or sometihng. Its where the original spiderfest (Punkfest) is. Pretty much a hicktown that hates punks. So our van is leaking tons of koulin or whatever its called, and lucky enough we met a really cool fireman who had connections to a tow truck. After waiting awhile we got towed back and we thought we were gonna get murdered texas chainsaw style. In the end we got hooked up we paid 125 for the tow and new part we needed.
The show was pretty cool. We played in some bar and got AMAZING food made for us. A good crowd showed up Ill post all my photos from the trip later. We walked on the streets later and almost got in a fight I think. This guy thought Eric called him Baby but he called him Buddy.anyways to much to explain.
Day 2 we had to cross the borders. We dropped jo off with his buddy cause he was the one we were worried about not crossing. In the end Jo was the oneoon as they saw us wall in the van we get plled over and questioned and even almost k9 searched but after waiting for awhile, this sketchy gy that was all "MAN I DONT NEED MY CAR SEARCHED why do they need a k9 unit,, i have nothng" so obvious he had shit. THan this rasta dude comes in with hisweed hat and crackhead gf and all these other cars pulled up to get searched. So we didnt get shit searched and we were off luckily.
So we get into Detroit "the city with the highest crime rate" and we played in some coop garage type deal. One of the coolest places Ive been and tons of people showed up montreal style. When we go to get food, the place had 3 inches of bullet proofglass everywhere cause ig uess they get robbed at gun point always. You give the money through a whole a gun couldnt get to, and they pass you food through this little turny thing so theres no way they can get shot. Walkin on the streets is knda creepy since just walkin back I think we heard gunshots.
This computesucks so the typing is kinda bad.

Alright so tonights show @ Maverick was fukcing sweet! Vibrators kicked ass more than last time! Punkfest on the weekend was probably one of the best shows if not the best in Ottawa ever. Canada day was just ok, the end of the night got pretty crazy.

So my trip to Pensylvannia fucking kicked ass. The 3 Day Oi Fest was fun times, but it coulda been better if they didnt have so many new age oi bands/hxc dance bands. I think I did alright playing drums for the Rookers. Pretty fuckin nerve wrecking, when you've practiced with this band about 8 times and your surrounded by more skinheads you've ever seen in your life and your playing on the MAIN stage. There was one band I really wanted to see Corporate Chaos, but they were playing at like 2 am on the third night and a bunch of faggot nazi's showed up around 8 ish so we all decided to leave before anything went down and get tacos... Yah I screwed myself over and actually ate 4 tacos from Taco Bell for the first time in about 5 years (hopefully the last time too!). Anyways Templars, Beerzone, Reagan Youth and a few other bands fuckin killed it.
On our way back I bought a HUGE box of fireworks for 35 bucks. Anyways I had no idea you couldnt bring em over borders and surprise surprise, they took it away! I was fucking pissed, and that lead to them searching our whole van with K-9 unit bullshit. Good thing the cute puppy didn't smell anything!

And me and Karine went fishing last night, I caught 2 rock basses and she got a perch. And than we see this HUGE fucking Walleye I think , right near the shore so I kept trying to get it to bite my lure. Oh man it was HUGE!!!! But I didnt end up catching it cause I tihnk the ferry boat scared it away... I MISS Those days when our old crew of friends went fishin there... Those were awesome times.
Karines prom in 20 days. I got most my tux and Im pretty stoked.
Germ Attak's recording again soon and I cant wait to hear the final stuff.
Anyways I'm headin to a cottage on Sat and were gonna go fishing for TROUT!!!! This is gonna be nuts!!
And someone let me know whats happening for Sunday beach party. When you guys are going when oyu plan on leaving. |

Going to Penssylvania this weekend with the Rookers. Substituting on drums for Scott at the East Coast Oi! Fest. Should be pretty fucking awesome but I'm a bit nervous. Playing on the "main" stage doesn't help either. Hah it should be fun times though!! Have a good long weekend!! And go to the Glebe Garage sale!! I would if I could!

Haven't posted in forever.. I been crazy busy lately.
For mothers day dinner we went to my sisters house. Awesome dinner, but for dessert she busts out a cake that says "Happy GRANDMOTHERS Day" with a Christmas tree.. dead silence for a second, everyone was a bit confused. IM GONNA BE AN UNCLE!!! She's having a kid due for Dec 25th! This kid is gonna kick ass I cant wait to see him/her!
Last night Germ Attak played our first Ottawa show in awhile. It went just ok. I think we had a bunch of fuck ups.
Been spending some time jamming with the Rookers for that East Coast Oi fest. Pretty nerve wrecking but it should be fun times. And the last jam went awesome so I feel a lot more confident playing this. ASH YOU BETTER COME!! Karines coming for sure so you guys can "not drink" together unless you both have fakes.
I went fishing for my first time the other night from 12am-5am at the ferry in cumberland.. Just caught a rock bass. Post photos later.
Been spending tons of nights at Karines new place. It's pretty sweet, townhouse on jeanne d'arc 3 bedroom, big basement, seperate jam room, and we've had some wicked nights there.
Smoked salvia for my first time yesterday but I think I fucked up my hoot.. my lungs are too weak and I suck at using bongs. I had a weird high but nothing too crazy.. like weed with special K kinda thing. Anyways to me the stuff taste like... grass? the smoke is fuckin thick as shit... I coughed and thought I was gonna puke almost as soon as I inhaled it. Not really interested in trying it again, unless theres another way to smoke it.
Smoked 2 joints loaded with special K the other night it was fucking crazy. AHahaha I thought this chick died and asked Matt to check her pulse cause she made some REALLY fucked up noise for liek 25 seconds and I thought she wasn't breathing (After she smoked the joint and passed out and at the time we were talking about comas). But I guess she was just dreaming???
Been playing as much poker as possible lately. If any of you guys ever wanna play a game or know people who do, let me know!
And the past weekend I had to deal with goin to a wake/funeral/dinners etc. Pretty much my dads best friend David Lau passed away. I've known his son my whole life and to see him in that state was fucked. I didn't even know what to say but he was handling it better than I could (in that situation) for sure... Some of you may have met him, Andy, he works at bubblicity on dalhousie. Anyways our family's there for the Lau's always. |

I'm deadbeat from the weekend.
Thursday I picked up Karine at lunch and we spent 60 bucks at Red Lobster!! I've never in my life spent that much on lunch and I've never had LOBSTER for lunch either!! (We won a $45 poker pot the previous weekend so we had to celebrate). Than I dropped her back at school and headed to my 5oclock shift. After work we partied at Marlons got home at 11 in the morning or something stupid. Me and Karine killed the poker game that night.
Friday we had a huge family dinner here... roast beef, clams, alaskan king crab and more. Than went to see Grindhouse, which I found pretty good, I expected more though.
Saturday I went to go see Donner Party. Than had Easter dinner at Karines aunts. I thought it was just her mom sister aunt/grandma but it happened to be pretty much the whole side of the family. Anyways the food was awesome. Headed over to LP's after and partied till 11am.
Sunday morning after LP's went back to Karines for "Easter Brunch". Passed out than headed straight to work. Played a game of poker @ Vanessas, picked up Karine and just took it easy for the night.
Monday had a huge Indian dinner at my sisters place. My other sister gave us tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters @ the Scotiabank place! It was pretty fuckin sweet! I haven't been there in years and the tricks they did were fucking crazy! Karine bought a basketball and got it autographed.
Tomorrow I jam with Germ Attak, than I think jamming with the Rookers.. I'm only learning their songs so I can sub for Scott at the East Coast Oi! Fest IF something happens at borders. Either way I get to go to a wicked festival!
